We had an exceptional time in this small hotel in Newburyport. Everything was fine, the room was a nice size with a high queen bed and whirlpool tub, as for instance. The location in a cute area was best possible and peaceful and there were the Farmer's market and a market nearby.

The breakfast with assorted beverages, pastries was bountiful and nice for what you got. Hotel's location was marvellous, to everything Newburyport had to offer. The service we got was great.

Wonderful old small hotel, worth its 4 stars. Great-sized and brand-new room complete with Victorian style chair and spa bath and balconies overlooking the rooftops. Central location, at a short distance from Will He.

It was a beautiful old and quaint hotel in Newburyport. The breakfast was bountiful and particularly nice and with several options; the staff was courteous.

The hotel was in a marvellous location, in the Newburyport area. What's more, it was just off good restaurants and shops and the center of the town and great activities.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and did not want to leave. Everything about this small hotel was perfectly fine. The breakfast was bountiful and provided with muffins and juice and pastries. The rooms were all brand-new and well-equipped with all the charm, jacuzzi, complimentary water bottles.

My large and wonderfully appointed room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a comfortable chair and a fireplace. The breakfast was incredibly nice with gluten free items and pastries, as for instance for the continental breakfast. The staff was super friendly, some of them especially.

The position of the hotel was unbeatable, close to the center of town. And we were not far from many varied cafés and restaurants, and the city centre.
